Term and Conditions for School Level Scholarships:

1.     If the students are participating from school, the AOF will award School Level Scholarship for the student only if minimum number of participant from the particular school would be 200 or more.

2.     Apart from this, in case if from any school, the number of participants does not reaches to 200 but number of participant reaches 40 or more in a particular competition than AOF will award School Level Scholarships only for that particular competition but not in others.

                    ‘Example: such as for Drawing competition 40 or more students participate but in story writing and writing competition 39 or less than 39 participates, the AOF will only School Level Scholarships award for Drawing Competition but not for Story Writing and Writing Competition’ (Note: In that case, the Students of Story Writing and Writing will be Evaluated for the Inter-school Level Scholarship).

3.     Anyhow if the participants number from any school are 200 or more, so it is mandatory to have at least 30 numbers of participant in the particular competition, and if number of participant is not 30 or less the AOF will not award School Level Scholarships for that particular competition.  (Note: In that case, the Students of that particular competition will be Evaluated for the Inter-school Level Scholarship).

 

 

 

4.     Other than this, all participant will be eligible and evaluated at the Inter-school Level Scholarships for all the competitions.
